Christ Evangelistic Outreach Church is a spirit filled Outreach founded upon the Message of the Cross. (Faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross)

Evangelist Ryan Keel and his wife Nichole Keel began evangelistic work in July of 2009 after coming into the understanding of this liberating Message of the Cross. (Jesus Christ and Him crucified) God moved upon them to begin going wherever there may be unsaved people to witness to them, preach the Gospel to them and give them tracts and Bibles.

This work has continued to grow, and God has now instructed them to build a ministry preaching and teaching that same message of Grace through Faith in Jesus Christ as the means of salvation and sanctification. This teaching equips believers with the tools needed and edifies them for the work of the ministry. Every believer has been given the ministry of reconciliation and is personally responsible to carry this liberating Gospel of the Cross to a lost and dying world.
